The Standing Committee on Ordinance, to whom was referred Paper #337 Series of 2016, having considered the same make the following report: Committee recommends that this paper be reported out favorably with the following amendment: that the following language be added: 1. All materials must be used on site; and 2. Activity may only be by a licensed contractor with proper insurance.
