Dear Members of the Council:
Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. c. 121B, section 5, I hereby appoint Albert Spadafora, 453R Highland Avenue, Malden, Massachusetts as a member of the Malden Redevelopment Authority Board (MRA), said term to expire on May 1, 2018. Albert will replace the late Edward Norton who served admirably in the position for many years.
Albert is a lifelong Malden resident and has owned a business in the community for nearly 45 years. In addition, he has been a member of the Everett Credit Union Board for 25 years and has been the President and Chairman of that Board for the last 10 years. I believe that Albert’s business skills and experience will be an asset to the MRA Board and he will work hard to move the City forward.
