Be it ordained by the Malden City Council that the Code of the City of Malden (MCC) Title 12 ZONING is hereby amended by adding new section 12.28.150 SNOW STORAGE:
Body
Snow Storage. No property shall be used for the storage, stockpiling, dumping, or accumulation of snow that has been removed, plowed, or transported from any other property, parcel, municipality, or location. Snow stored or accumulated on a property shall be limited to snow generated or removed from that property. This provision shall not prohibit the temporary accumulation of snow resulting from ordinary snow removal activities conducted on the property.
