Dear Members of the Council:
Pursuant to the provisions of law, I hereby appoint associate member of the Planning Board, Patrick Hayes, 105 Wyoming Avenue, Malden, Massachusetts, to full member status. Mr. Hayes will fill the unexpired term of Vance Ferratusco who recently resigned effective immediately. Said term will commence upon Mr. Hayes' confirmation by the City Council, and will expire March 1, 2019.
