Title

Order: That the City accept the provisions of Mass General Laws Chapter 60A Section 1 Paragraph 8, relative to excise tax for persons in full-time active military service.

Body

ORDERED:                      That the City of Malden accept the provisions of M.G.L.c. 60A, §1, paragraph 8 exempting the excise tax for motor vehicles owned and registered or leased by a person who is in active and full-time military service as a member of the armed forces of the United States or the national guard, army or air, of any state. This provision shall take effect on January 1, 2016.
