Order: That the Council create an ordinance requiring that future roadwork involving replacement of water pipes and repaving be done based on the oldest pipes being replaced first.

Order: That the City Council Create a new Ordinance that states that “all future roadwork which includes changing out water pipes on the majority of the street and then to be torn up must be determined based upon the age of the water pipes in the majority of the street. The determination of age will be by Ward and age of streets will be grouped by decade so there is some ability to prioritize within a decade. Streets from one decade should be completed throughout the city before the next decade is moved onto anywhere.
