Under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 91B, I hereby appoint Robert A. Walsh, 10 Garden Street, Malden, MA as a constable to serve process in the City of Malden effective March 2, 2016. Said term will expire on March 2, 2017.
