Order: That City Council rules be amended to require that any meeting involving revenues and/or expenditures be televised and/or videotaped and made available to the public.

Body

Ordered: That the Malden City Council change their rules so that any votes involving revenues and/or expenditures of any kind and for any reason can only be discussed during meetings that are televised and/or videotaped in a public manner so that a videotaped recording of the meeting can be viewed by the public.  This shall include any and all subcommittee, ad hoc committee, Committee of the whole, full Council and/or any other meeting where revenues, expenditures, budgeting and/or any other fiscal, financial and/or money matters are discussed, inferred, voted on or mentioned in any manner whatsoever.
