Mayor’s Appointment: Virginie Nogara, 11 Lowell Avenue, Malden as builder/Architect member of the Zoning Board of Appeal

Dear Members of the Council:
Pursuant to M.G.L. CH. 40a, Section 12, I hereby appoint Virginie Nogara of 11 Lowell Avenue, Malden, MA, as the builder/architect member of the Zoning Board of Appeal, said term to commence upon confirmation by the City Council, and to expire March 1, 2019. Virginie will replace John Spinella who resigned as of December 31, 2015 and whose term expired on March 1, 2016.
An architect, Virginie has worked on many projects including mixed-use, commercial, educational and residential projects including adaptive re-use of historic buildings. I believe she will bring an important perspective to the Board of Appeals.
