Ordered: That the City submit to the Massachusetts legislature for passage in substantially the following form:
An Act Relative to the Composition of the Community Preservation Committee in the City of Malden:
Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 44B Section 5 or any other general or special law to the contrary, the City of Malden may by ordinance establish a Community Preservation Committee consisting of not less than five nor more than fifteen members.
Section 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
