Be it Ordained that Section 10.13 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 be amended relative to Charcoal and Propane Barbeque Grills.

Body

Be it ordained by the Malden City Council that Section 10.13 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 as amended be and the same are hereby further amended as follows:

-by striking out the words “five feet (5’)” as appearing in the second sentence of Paragraph A and inserting in place thereof the words “ten feet (10’)”
