Ordered: That the Treasurer, with the approval of the Mayor, is authorized to borrow the sum of $4,000,000 for construction or reconstruction of the following roadways,under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 (5) & (6) of the General Laws, or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor: High St., Adams St.; Bowers St., Earl St.; Pine St.; Savin St.; Desmond St.; Fellsmere Rd.; Kimball St.; Huntley St; Fergusin Rd.; North Milton St.; Erickson St.; Freemont St.; Kennard St; Franklin St; Judson St.
