Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 51, Section 15, I hereby appoint Kathleen Young, 70 Essex Street, Malden MA as a member of the Registrar of Voters Board, said term to expire on March 31, 2018. Kathleen will be fulfilling the unexpired term of Jeanne Benoit who has resigned.
