Committee Report: Rules & Ordinance (Paper #126-17 Amending Section 9.43 Re: Regulations of lead pipes within residential housing)

The Standing Committee on Rules & Ordinance, to whom was referred Paper #126 of 2017 having considered the same, make the following report:
Committee recommends that this paper be reported out favorably with the following amendments: 1. Paragraph (a) the amount $10,000 be striken and the amount be changed to $30,000; also that the amount $75.00 be striken and the amount be changed to $25.00
(b) the cost of certificate shall not exceed $200.00 be striken and the amount shall now read the cost of certificate shall not exceed $25.00
