Title

Amending Chapter 12 relative to height limits for multifamily dwellings except in  the Central Business District.

Body

Be it ordained that Section 300.3.2.6  (Dwelling, Multifamily, more than three stories by not exceeding 6 stories) of Chapter 12 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 as amended be and the same are hereby further amended  by striking out “SP” and inserting in place thereof the word “NO” in columns C, RO, and  BH.

This amendment shall not apply to any application or petition for special permit, variance or site plan review filed prior to the date of first publication of the notice of public hearing on the amendment (May 5, 2017).
