Dear Members of the Council:

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 81A, I hereby appoint Henri Soucy, 107 Kimball St., Malden, MA as an associate member of the Planning Board, said term to commence upon his confirmation by the City Council, and to expire March 1, 2022.

Henri has many years of experience as a Real Estate lender and will bring invaluable perspective in evaluating the merits of commercial and residential developments in the City. Henri will fill  the  unexpired term of Patrick Fitzgerald who replaced regular member Patricia Lawhorne who resigned when her term ended on March 1, 2017.
