The Standing Committee on Finance, to whom was referred Paper #339 Series of 2017, having considered the same make the following report: The Committee recommends that this budget be reported out favorably to the Full Council with the following amendments:
Increase Cemetery Labor Salaries by $1,443
Increase Legislature Council Chamber Picture by $2,500
Increase Permits Inspections & Permits Stipend by $2,000
Decrease Revenue Reserve by $5,943
Increase Legislature Professional Services by $10,000
Decrease unclassified professional services by $10,000
Increase Parking Salaries by $85,475
Decrease Controllers Office Salaries by $85,475
Increase Salary Reserve for Reclassification by $50,000
Decrease Salary Reserve by $50,000
Increase DPW Parks Operating by $20,000
Decrease Bike to the Sea Maintenance by $20,000
