The standing committee on Rule and Ordinance to whom was referred paper #130 Series of 2017 having considered the same, make the following report: Committee recommends that the ordinance be amended by adding an exception for the doctor serving on the Board of Health, said doctor does not have to be a resident of the City of Malden should the committee not be able to fill the position with a Malden resident.
