The Standing Committee on Rules and Ordinances to whom was referred Paper #248 Series of 2017 having considered the same make the following report: Committee recommends that the Ordinance be amended by striking out 12 month moratorium and inserting 6 month moratorium, also add “operations as well as sales”.
