Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 51, Section 15, I hereby appoint Jean Voltaire, 500 Broadway #2114, Malden Massachusetts as a member of the Registrar of Voters Board, said term to expire on March 31, 2020.  Jean will be fulfilling the unexpired term of Richard Breen who has recently resigned due to health issues.
