Summary of Proposed Amendment:  To amend dimensional controls for single and two-family dwellings to increase the minimum required lot area (100% increase) and frontage (50% increase).

To Amend Sections 400.1.2.1 and 400.1.2.2 of Chapter 12, Revised Ordinances of 1991 as Amended to amend minimum lot area and frontage for Dwelling, Single-family and Dwelling, Two-family.
