City Council will vote as to whether to enter into Executive Session for the purposes of discussing strategy with respect to pending litigation, pursuant to M.G.L c. 30A Section 21(a)(3), public discussion of which may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the City, and to admit Maria Luise, Special Assistant to the Mayor, and Attorney Laurence J. Donoghue, legal counsel for the City of Malden in the pending litigation.
