Committee Report: Rules & Ordinance (Paper #470-18) Order: Be hereby ordained by the Malden City Council that Chapter 12 of the Revised Ordinances of 1991 as amended; be and the same are hereby further amended by adding a new Section 700.15 as follows: Section 700.15 Development Impact Mitigation.

The Standing Committee on Rules & Ordinance to whom was referred paper #470-18, Series of 2018, having considered the same, make the following report: Committee recommends that the paper be reported out favorably with the following amendments:
• Paragraph 1, strike two residential units and insert five.
• Paragraph 2, strike Citiy of Malden open space fund and insert Community Preservation fund, and strike the ($1,000) and insert ($1,500.00)
• Paragraph 3, insert $100.00 per square foot of frontage on a public way
