Committee Report: Rules & Ordinance Paper # 289-19.
The standing committee on Rules & Ordinance whom to was referred Paper #289-19) having considered same hereby make the following report. The committee hereby recommends this paper out favorably as amended.
1. The building commissioner and the fire department shall sign and approve the certified plot plan submitted with the license application.
2. That the principal of each dealership shall submit with the application a current CORI report issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for review, inspection and approval by the City Council.
3. License fee for Class I, II and III shall be increased to $200.00 per year.
4. Each Class I, II and III dealer at the time of application will pay a $100.00 inspection fee; (excluding grandfathered licenses).
5. That each new applicant shall pay a onetime application fee of $50.00: (excluding grandfathered licenses).
6. That no more than twenty seven (27) II licenses shall be issued; in addition to the sixteen (16) licenses allowed under Section E; (so called grandfathered licenses).
