Resolve: Be it resolved that it is the sense of the City Council that the City of Malden explore options for increasing the amount of time allotted for use of South Broadway Park and Rotundi Field by the City of Malden and Malden Public Schools for recreational activities. Be it further resolved that, the City Solicitor investigate options for relief from contracts with third parties involving the use of South Broadway Park and Rotundi Field, including but not limited to, modification, termination, or a structured buy-out of the term of the contracts. Particular attention should be paid to whether the contracts reflect the fair market value of the use of the fields."
