Order: That Title 12 of the Code of the City of Malden be amended for purposes of amending special permit use regulations for marijuana establishments.
To further amend the following section of Title 12, Code of City of Malden as follows:
Section 12.12.190.E amend as follows:
E. A Marijuana Establishment must be the principal use of the property and may be accessory only to another type of Marijuana Establishment at the same property and shall be prohibited as an accessory use to any other use.
